What we deliver

Most Nigerian businesses inherit IT systems that nobody fully understands — a mix of aging hardware, unlicensed software, no documentation, and security gaps that have never been formally assessed. Before you spend on new infrastructure or software, you need a clear picture of what you actually have and what it will take to fix it.

Our consultancy engagements cover: IT infrastructure audits (full inventory and condition assessment), security gap analysis (identifying vulnerabilities before attackers do), cloud readiness assessment (what to migrate, what to keep on-premise), technology roadmap development (phased plan with costs and timelines), vendor selection support, and IT policy and documentation. Every engagement ends with a written report and a prioritised action plan — not just a presentation that gathers dust.

Security audit for a multi-branch Nigerian organisation
Conducted a full IT audit across multiple locations for a Nigerian organisation — mapping every device, access point, and data flow. Identified 14 unpatched systems, two misconfigured firewalls, and a shared admin credential used across six branches. Delivered a phased remediation plan that the internal team could execute within 90 days.
What does an IT audit actually cover?
We assess hardware inventory and lifecycle, software licensing, network topology and access controls, data backup and recovery processes, user account management, security configurations, and IT support processes. You receive a written report with findings ranked by risk level, plus a costed action plan.
We already have an internal IT team — why do we need a consultant?
Internal teams are close to the systems — that familiarity creates blind spots. An external audit finds what insiders normalise: undocumented workarounds, deferred security patches, shadow IT. We work alongside your IT team, not against them, and hand over findings in a format they can present to management.
Do you implement the recommendations too?
Yes — many clients engage us for both audit and implementation. Because we designed the remediation plan, we already understand the environment and can move faster. You avoid the knowledge transfer gap that comes from handing a plan to a third party who wasn't in the room.
